If your visa is refused and the embassy’s official refusal letter specifically cites our flight reservation or travel-booking documentation as a reason, we refund 100% of your service fee. Submit the refusal letter (PDF or photo) to support@eticket4visa.com within 7 days of the letter date. Refusals for other reasons (financial proof, travel history, intent to return, embassy discretion, or supporting documents other than our reservation) are not eligible under this policy. The embassy can verify it independently: on the airline’s website via the “Manage Booking” lookup using your surname + PNR, by calling the airline’s reservations line, or via a GDS query (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport) if the embassy has system access. The reservation exists in the global distribution systems, not just in a PDF.

Every embassy reviewer recognises a PNR; they can verify it independently against the airline’s system. Without a PNR, a flight “reservation” is just an unverifiable screenshot — which is exactly what embassies reject.
