eTicket4Visa is committed to customer satisfaction. We recognise that services may occasionally fall short of expectations, and this policy governs how we handle refund requests, our money-back guarantee, and the procedures we follow.

Money-Back Guarantee Terms

A full refund of the purchase price applies, within the timeframes set out below, if your flight reservation or hotel booking document is unsatisfactory or service delivery fails.

Refund Eligibility

Qualifying reasons

  • Service delayed beyond 24 hours after payment
  • System errors that block reservation generation
  • Inaccurate information provided by our system
  • Service quality defects
  • Product dissatisfaction
  • Duplicate or billing errors

Non-qualifying reasons

  • Reconsidering after the document has been delivered successfully
  • Customer-supplied incorrect information
  • Attempting to use a reservation document for actual travel
  • Violations of our terms of service
  • Fraudulent or abusive conduct
  • Requests submitted outside the timeframe limits

Visa Refusal Refund

If your visa is refused and the embassy's official refusal letter specifically cites our flight reservation or travel-booking documentation as a reason for the refusal, we will refund 100% of your service fee.

To qualify

  • The refusal letter must be issued by the embassy or consulate that processed your application.
  • The letter must explicitly mention the flight reservation, travel itinerary, or booking documentation as a contributing reason for the refusal.
  • You must submit the refusal letter (PDF or photo) to support@eticket4visa.com within 7 days of the letter date.

Important: This refund only applies when the refusal is caused by our reservation. Refusals for other reasons — financial proof, travel history, intent to return, embassy discretion, or supporting documents other than our reservation — are not eligible under this policy.

Refund Timeframes

  • Standard: 30 days from purchase for service-quality or dissatisfaction issues
  • Technical: 7 days from purchase for technical failures

Late requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@eticket4visa.com with your refund request
  2. Include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the reason for the refund
  3. We review and process the request within 3–5 business days
  4. You receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued

Refund Processing Details

  • Review and approval: 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Bank processing typically adds another 5–10 business days before the funds appear
  • You receive an email notification once the refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be available for partially completed services, minor service issues, certain customer requests, or discretionary adjustments. Amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-processing: A full refund is available if you cancel before processing begins.
  • Post-processing: Cancellations are subject to review and processing fees may apply.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute a refund decision, contact our customer service team for a formal review, provide any supporting documentation we request, and escalate to a manager if needed. Mediation is available as a final step.
