Information We Collect

Personal data

Names, contact details, email address, phone number, passport information, travel preferences, and payment details (processed through Stripe).

Technical data

IP address, device information, browser details, operating system, usage analytics, and cookies.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to deliver the service you ordered (including generating your reservation with a PNR), communicate with you about your order, process payments securely, comply with legal obligations, improve the service, and protect against fraud.

Sharing Practices

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers we use to deliver the service, with Stripe for payment processing, where legally required, in connection with a business transfer, or with your explicit consent.

Where you accept marketing cookies, we also share limited measurement data with our advertising partners, Microsoft Advertising and Google, so we can see which adverts led to a booking. This may include a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address and phone number, which lets these partners confirm a conversion without ever receiving your details in readable form. If you do not accept marketing cookies, this data is not shared.

Security Measures

We protect your data with SSL encryption, secure Stripe integration for payments, regular security reviews, access restricted on a need-to-know basis, and secure storage practices.
