Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service form a contract between you and Xecutors Ltd (trading as eTicket4Visa), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15548033, with its registered office at 34 Stockport Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, England, OL7 0LD, United Kingdom (referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing eticket4visa.com you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

eTicket4Visa provides verifiable flight reservations and hotel bookings for four documented purposes: visa applications, immigration requirements, onward travel verification, and travel planning. Our reservation documents are intended for documentation only and are not a substitute for a paid airline ticket — they cannot be used for actual travel.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you must keep your details accurate and your credentials secure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for breaches of these terms or extended inactivity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use eTicket4Visa for fraudulent purposes, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service, harm other users, breach applicable laws, or reverse-engineer our technology.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Service Delivery

Reservations include a verifiable airline PNR and are typically delivered within 1–3 hours, with a maximum delivery time of 24 hours from successful payment.

Intellectual Property

eTicket4Visa owns the platform, branding and content. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide; you grant us a limited licence to use that information strictly to deliver the service you ordered.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the misuse of a reservation document for actual travel.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uptime, freedom from errors, freedom from viruses, or specific outcomes from any visa or immigration application.
