Step 1: Confirm What You Need

Before you order anything, confirm three things:

Step 4: Place the Order

3. Optionally add the hotel reservation or cover letter if your embassy expects them.
4. Provide your email address for delivery.

Step 6: Submit to the Embassy

• Online upload (most modern systems): upload the PDF to the embassy's portal — UK VFS portal, Australian ImmiAccount, Canadian IRCC GCKey, US DS-160 supporting documents, UAE ICP smart services. The category is usually "Travel itinerary" or "Travel arrangements."
• Physical document at VAC appointment: print one clean copy on plain A4 and include in your application folder. Most VACs (VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS) accept printed documents at the biometric appointment.
• Both: some embassies request both online upload AND a physical copy at the appointment. Bring a printed copy to be safe.

Step 7: After the Decision
